Job description
The Maintenance Technician II plays a key role in executing a range of maintenance activities such as plumbing, electrical work, and appliance repairs within an apartment community. This position also involves supporting the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing maintenance initiatives and ensuring that service requests are addressed promptly and effectively. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in apartment maintenance and have either an A/C Certification Type II or Universal. Additionally, candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be available to work a flexible, on-call schedule.
