Job description
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician II**
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for carrying out vital maintenance duties such as repairing appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and air conditioning units within the apartment community. This role also involves supporting the Maintenance Supervisor in implementing community upkeep strategies and addressing urgent service calls. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in apartment maintenance and have an A/C Certification (Type II or Universal). Additionally, candidates must have a valid driver’s license, access to reliable transportation, and the capacity to work a flexible on-call schedule.
