Job description
The General Manager oversees all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring that top-notch products are delivered and exceptional customer service is provided. This role includes managing profitability targets, maintaining equipment, and overseeing the recruitment and training of staff to uphold company standards. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have a minimum of two years of experience in restaurant management or supervision. Additionally, a ServSafe or relevant local/state food service certification is necessary.
