Job description
**Accounting Manager**
The Accounting Manager is responsible for the supervision of financial reporting, analysis, and cost accounting functions at the Nampa plant. This role includes overseeing the monthly financial close process and leading the annual budgeting efforts. The manager collaborates closely with plant leadership to enhance operational performance, ensure compliance with manufacturing cost standards, and oversee the management of fixed assets.
Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a similar discipline, alongside 5-6 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. Expertise in Microsoft Excel and SAP is essential, accompanied by robust analytical skills and a solid understanding of cost accounting principles.
