**Job Title: Restaurant Manager**
The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the establishment when the General Manager is unavailable. This includes recruiting, scheduling, and training team members to uphold the restaurant’s excellence. The manager must prioritize quality, service, and cleanliness standards while efficiently managing labor expenses and inventory levels. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old, possess at least two years of management experience, and hold a valid driver’s license. Additionally, candidates must successfully pass a background verification and drug screening, demonstrating strong leadership and communication abilities.
