**Program Supervisor**
The Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations while leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure adherence to treatment protocols and organizational standards. This role includes conducting staff performance evaluations and fostering strong partnerships with community organizations and agencies. Applicants should have a Master’s degree in a pertinent field and a minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory role within the behavioral health sector. Additionally, a valid driver’s license for California and either a professional license (MFT or LCSW) or eligibility for licensure are mandatory.
