**Job Title: Manager, Business Unit**
The Manager, Business Unit is tasked with overseeing and directing all production operations to guarantee adherence to safety, quality, and sustainability benchmarks. This position is instrumental in enhancing comprehensive KPI performance and nurturing a high-performance team environment through effective coaching and ongoing improvement strategies. Applicants should possess either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline. A background of 5–8 years in manufacturing is essential, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
