Job Summary
The Manager, Category Development is responsible for providing data-driven insights and creating in-depth analyses to foster the expansion of the company’s premium food and beverage offerings. This role involves working closely with sales and marketing divisions to pinpoint market opportunities and deliver strategic proposals to both internal and external audiences.
Responsibilities
- Generate actionable insights and conduct thorough analysis to support category growth.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to detect and seize market opportunities.
- Present well-researched strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Integrate various data sets to derive comprehensive insights.
- Communicate complex findings effectively to a range of stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage and interpret diverse data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in conveying complex insights.
