Job description
**Job Title: Retail Department Manager**
The Retail Department Manager plays a pivotal role in supervising daily operations within the retail department. This includes managing inventory, creating staff schedules, and ensuring adherence to company standards. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for guiding, training, and developing team members while tracking departmental objectives and key performance metrics.
Candidates should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent level of education, with a strong preference for those who have two years of retail experience and at least one year in a supervisory role. Essential skills include excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
