Job description
The Vulnerability Program Manager is responsible for the comprehensive execution of vulnerability management and patching initiatives across a varied client base. This role involves the creation of uniform processes, overseeing remediation workflows, and communicating risk status to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in managing vulnerability and patching initiatives, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) setting. Skills in vulnerability scanning tools, PSA systems, and a solid grasp of risk-based prioritization and compliance standards are essential.
