Job description
**Job Title: Data Engineering and Analytics Team Lead**
In this role, you will oversee and direct the Data Engineering and Analytics team to produce precise, well-governed, and timely data solutions, while defining the strategic vision for data-related projects. You will promote a culture of mentorship and ongoing learning, engaging with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment of the data strategy with the broader goals of the organization. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or engineering, including at least 2 years in a leadership role with hands-on technical responsibilities. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong expertise in SQL, Python, dbt, and Airflow, and possess the capability to manage intricate data projects within a healthcare setting.
