Job Summary
The Manager of Hardware Validation plays a critical role in overseeing the hardware validation processes within our organization. This position is responsible for leading a team dedicated to ensuring that our hardware products meet the necessary standards of quality and performance before they reach the market.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the hardware validation team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective testing and validation practices.
- Develop and implement comprehensive validation strategies to assess the functionality and reliability of hardware products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product requirements and testing methodologies.
- Oversee the execution of validation tests, analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for product improvements.
- Maintain documentation for validation processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely completion of validation activities.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with hardware validation processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hardware validation or a related field, with prior managerial experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of hardware testing methodologies and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Outstanding analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
