**Job Title: Hardware Validation Engineering Team Lead**
Take charge of a team of hardware validation engineers, guiding the creation and implementation of the validation strategy for various product initiatives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee that products fulfill functional, environmental, reliability, and safety standards during all phases of development. This role necessitates a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in hardware testing or reliability engineering. Applicants should possess at least 2 years of leadership experience and practical expertise in environmental testing methodologies and regulatory standards.
