Job Title: General Manager
The General Manager oversees all operations within the restaurant, focusing on delivering top-notch products and outstanding customer service. This role involves managing profit objectives, ensuring equipment is well-maintained, and supervising the recruitment, training, and performance of staff. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of two years of experience in restaurant management or supervision. Additionally, a ServSafe certification or a local/state food service license is necessary.
