Job description
**Support Lead**
The Support Lead is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the store, which includes managing staff, providing customer service training, and serving as the Manager on Duty. This role entails overseeing merchandising, organizing inventory, and ensuring that the store remains secure and well-maintained. Applicants should possess at least one year of management experience and hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. The position demands physical capabilities to lift items up to 25 lbs, navigate ladders, and maintain a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
