The Nurse Manager leads 24/7 clinical operations for the Emergency Department, focusing on clinical excellence, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement. They are responsible for building strong teams, optimizing resources, and fostering an environment that empowers caregivers to deliver compassionate care. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, an Oregon Registered Nurse license, and BLS certification. A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with progressive leadership roles is required.
