**Job Title: Manager of Exemption Investigations**
The Manager is responsible for leading the daily functions of the Exemption Investigations department, overseeing team members and ensuring the precise handling of property tax exemption cases. The role includes performing intricate investigations, providing testimony during administrative hearings, and overseeing the reporting and reconciliation procedures within the department. Applicants are required to have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, complemented by several years of experience in investigations or property tax exemptions, which should include supervisory responsibilities and customer service expertise. A bachelor’s degree can be accepted as a substitute for a portion of the necessary investigation experience.
