**Job Title: Manager of Talent Acquisition**
The Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for spearheading recruitment initiatives for the Store Support Center and assisting in the hiring of leadership roles across retail and distribution locations. This position focuses on creating employment branding, overseeing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and collaborating with executive leaders to pinpoint and address essential staffing needs. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition, particularly within the retail sector. Strong consulting abilities, expertise in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System are essential for success in this role.
