Job Summary
The Manager-Resource Management plays a crucial role in implementing resource management standards and assigning talent effectively to fulfill project and client service level agreements. This position also involves forecasting future resource and skills demands to achieve an ideal labor composition and enhance profitability.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in deployment, operations, and resource management in a professional services or corporate setting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in resource management tools such as Service Now, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
