**Job Title: Financial Operations Manager**
The Financial Operations Manager will oversee budget management, conduct internal audits on expenses, and handle travel-related processes, serving as the main authority for financial compliance. This role entails developing internal control systems to mitigate the risk of fraud and ensuring that all expenditures conform to the budgets set for artists and labels. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, along with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in finance operations or internal auditing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, a solid understanding of internal control methodologies, and prior experience in managing teams are essential for this position.
