**Job Title: Manufacturing Associate**
The Manufacturing Associate plays a crucial role in the operation of production machinery, the assembly of subcomponents, and the execution of quality assessments through the use of microscopes. This position requires meticulous record-keeping and adherence to regulatory standards and quality system protocols. Ideal candidates should possess at least a high school diploma along with two years of experience in a laboratory or cleanroom environment. Candidates with skills in microscope operation and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies will have a competitive advantage.
