Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for creating engineering solutions aimed at enhancing the production process of composite components while also engaging in the design of new products. This role encompasses contributions to process optimization and collaboration with supply chain integration within the manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop engineering solutions to boost the production efficiency of composite components.
- Participate in the design and development of new products.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
- Support integration with supply chain processes.
Qualifications
- A post-secondary degree in Engineering or an equivalent blend of education and experience is required.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement techniques is preferable.
