Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer plays a crucial role in the Heater & Sensors division, focusing on the creation, execution, and enhancement of manufacturing processes. This position includes delivering technical support, ensuring accurate documentation, and working together with various teams to maintain product quality and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective manufacturing processes for the division.
- Enhance existing processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Provide technical assistance to team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold product standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- More than 6 years of experience in a manufacturing setting characterized by low volume and high variety.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles to drive efficiency.
