The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for strategizing and creating production processes while enhancing equipment arrangement and workflow for maximum efficiency. This role involves working closely with design and quality assurance teams to address technical challenges and facilitate the launch of new products. Applicants are required to possess a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering, accompanied by a minimum of 3 years of applicable experience. Essential skills include proficiency in CAD software, understanding of GD&T, and familiarity with aerospace manufacturing methods.
