Job Summary
The Manufacturing Scientist in Reagent Manufacturing is responsible for the development, optimization, and execution of manufacturing processes for reagents. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the quality and efficiency of production operations, contributing to the advancement of innovative solutions in the field.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement manufacturing processes for reagent production.
- Conduct experiments to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols.
- Analyze data to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in manufacturing or process development within a laboratory or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with analytical techniques and methodologies used in reagent testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
