**Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor**
As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will spearhead the production team and manage daily operational activities while ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols. Your role will also encompass recruiting, training personnel, and leading continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall facility efficiency. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, with a preference for 5 years or more. A robust understanding of manufacturing operations, safety standards, and lean practices is essential, as well as having an associate degree or equivalent qualifications.
