**Job Title: Development Program Participant**
Participants will embark on a six-month program designed to enhance skills in sales operations, customer execution, and frontline leadership. Key responsibilities involve assisting with route sales, overseeing inventory management, and working alongside various teams to achieve business objectives. Ideal candidates are recent graduates holding a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline. A valid driver’s license and the capability to secure a DOT medical card are necessary, as well as demonstrated leadership potential and effective communication skills.
