Job description
Participants will take part in a comprehensive six-month development program designed to build proficiency in sales operations, customer engagement, and frontline leadership. This program aims to foster market expansion through Direct Store Delivery operations, effective merchandising, and collaborative efforts across various functions to enhance business outcomes. Eligible candidates must be recent graduates, having completed their bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a closely associated discipline within the last two years. Additionally, applicants should possess a valid driver’s license, be able to acquire a DOT medical card, and demonstrate strong potential for leadership.
