Job Summary
The Master Data Management Developer is responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing master data management systems within the organization. This role ensures the integrity and consistency of master data across various platforms, facilitating effective data governance and data quality initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop MDM solutions tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define data requirements.
- Monitor and enhance data quality metrics and processes.
- Implement data governance policies to maintain data integrity.
- Support data integration efforts across various systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with MDM tools and technologies.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data management principles.
- Proficient in SQL and other data querying languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
