Job Summary
The role of Material Handler or Baler (Part-Time) involves efficiently managing and processing various materials within the facility. This position focuses on ensuring accurate handling, packaging, and transportation of materials while adhering to safety and operational protocols.
Responsibilities
- Execute the handling and organization of materials and products within the designated area.
- Operate baling equipment to compress materials into manageable bales for easier transport.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures throughout all operations.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the workspace.
- Support inventory management by accurately documenting the movement of materials.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and engage in manual labor.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
