**Job Title: Warehouse Operator**
Responsibilities include the operation of textile balers and forklifts to efficiently process donated items while ensuring the warehouse remains clean and safe. The role involves assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks designated for routes, as well as contributing to the production needs of the bargain store as required. Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age and able to perform regular heavy lifting, occasionally up to 100 pounds. Forklift certification must be obtained within 14 days of starting, and flexibility in scheduling is essential, as shifts may include evenings and weekends.
