Job description
The role is responsible for overseeing perioperative supplies, equipment, and inventory management to guarantee that resources are readily available for patient care and surgical procedures. Key responsibilities include liaising with vendors, keeping accurate purchasing documentation, and aiding in cost-control initiatives. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and be skilled in using computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office. Familiarity with medical terminology and supplies is essential, and experience as a surgical technologist is preferred.
