Job description
The MDS Coordinator partners with the interdisciplinary team to evaluate resident requirements and guarantee the precise and prompt execution of MDS assessments. This role includes maintaining MDS schedules and ensuring that coding is accurate, based on medical documentation and interviews with staff. Applicants must possess a valid, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in their state of practice. Knowledge of the RAI process and experience in Case Management are essential.
