Job description
**Position: MEAL Manager**
The MEAL Manager plays a crucial role in driving the strategic oversight of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) systems, aimed at fostering high-quality programming and informed decision-making based on evidence. This position entails supervising research projects, leading the MEAL team, and ensuring adherence to humanitarian standards and donor obligations. Applicants should possess a Master’s degree in a pertinent field and have a minimum of three years of senior-level experience in MEAL management within development or humanitarian settings. Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential, as well as a strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
