**Job Title: Meat Cutter**
The Meat Cutter is tasked with utilizing processing machinery and hand tools to prepare meat items that meet customer requirements and comply with USDA regulations. This role involves upholding quality standards, maintaining cleanliness in the work environment, and conducting yield tests to determine pricing structures. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in meat cutting, packaging, and food safety practices. The position necessitates the capability to lift up to 50 pounds, endure varying temperature conditions, and exhibit skill in operating meat cutting equipment.
