Job description
The Mechanical Engineering Manager will oversee the mechanical engineering team in the design and development of antenna products, guiding the process from initial concept to final production. This role entails ensuring high design quality, optimizing resource management, and fostering continuous improvement efforts within the engineering department. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience. Expertise in CREO is essential, along with a background in the aerospace or defense sectors and familiarity with robustness standards such as MIL-STD-810.
