Job Summary
The Medication Technician plays a crucial role in supporting residents with their daily living activities while also overseeing their physical and social health. This position is essential in ensuring residents receive proper care and attention in a safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities.
- Monitor and report on residents’ physical and social well-being.
- Document care provided to residents accurately.
- Respond promptly to any emergencies that arise.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in basic technology is necessary.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
