The Medical Support Specialist performs routine medical procedures, drug testing, and patient triage under the supervision of a clinician. They also manage front-office clerical tasks, maintain medical equipment, and ensure high-quality patient care and documentation. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited medical assistant program or possess at least one year of direct patient care experience. Proficiency in medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and basic computer skills is required.
