Job description
The Medical Assistant will be responsible for carrying out clinical responsibilities such as preparing patients for examinations, taking vital signs, and administering vaccinations and medications. Additionally, the role includes administrative tasks such as inputting data into Epic, processing insurance authorizations, and coordinating appointment schedules. Applicants should have prior experience in a healthcare environment and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with the Epic electronic health record system is highly desirable.
