Job Summary
The Medical Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the perioperative team by preparing patients for various examinations and aiding physicians during minor office procedures. This position entails maintaining accurate clinical documentation within the EMR system and ensuring that examination rooms are adequately stocked and kept sanitized.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians during minor procedures.
- Maintain clinical documentation in the EMR system to ensure accurate patient records.
- Ensure that exam rooms are well-stocked with necessary supplies and properly sanitized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma is required.
- Current CPR certification is essential.
- Preferred: at least one year of experience in a medical office setting.
- Preferred: Medical Assistant certification.
