Job description
The Medical Assistant will deliver both clinical and administrative assistance to physicians and patients. This includes recording vital signs and entering data into the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Additional responsibilities involve overseeing patient flow, managing prescriptions, and adhering to safety protocols and HIPAA regulations. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in a clinical environment and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication abilities. Preference will be given to those with certification from a recognized Medical Assistant program (CMA or RMA).
