**Medical Assistant**
The Medical Assistant is responsible for gathering both subjective and objective health information from patients and relaying this data to healthcare professionals. This role includes performing clinical responsibilities such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and executing point of care tests. Applicants should have graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program or have equivalent education in subjects like medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology. Those who don’t meet the educational requirements must have two years of relevant experience. Additionally, candidates must obtain Basic Life Support certification within six months of employment.
