The Medical Director will offer clinical oversight to establish medical protocols, assist in the growth and training of the team, and guarantee top-notch patient care. This role involves collaborating with hospital leadership to oversee operational functions, respond to client inquiries, and promote a culture that prioritizes safety and ongoing enhancement. Candidates must possess a DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution and have successfully passed the NAVLE. A valid Oregon veterinary license is mandatory, along with experience in small animal general practice or emergency care.
