Job description
The Medical Director will be responsible for guiding the clinical team, mentoring veterinarians and support personnel, and ensuring adherence to medical standards and fostering a positive hospital culture. This position also involves collaborating with leadership to enhance operational efficiency and promote practice development. Applicants must possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and demonstrate a strong commitment to clinical excellence and team leadership. Experience in small animal medicine and surgery, along with the capability to mentor and coach a team of multiple doctors, is essential for this role.
