**Job Title: Medical Director**
The Medical Director will actively engage in patient care while overseeing the clinical team and guiding associate veterinarians. This role involves upholding exceptional standards of medical practice and promoting a supportive, team-oriented environment within the clinic. Applicants must possess a DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary institution and have a valid veterinary license in Ohio. A minimum of five years of experience in small animal medicine is essential, as well as proven leadership and communication abilities.
