The Medication Aide plays a crucial role in delivering medications as directed by medical practitioners while accurately documenting all pertinent management details. This position involves observing residents for any adverse reactions and handling medication refills, in addition to maintaining up-to-date records. Applicants should possess experience in caregiving and have a valid certification in medication administration. Furthermore, it is essential to have current certifications in First Aid and CPR to qualify for this role.
