**Job Title: Member Services Representative**
In this role, the Member Services Representative acts as the primary point of contact, responding to incoming calls and directing members to the relevant resources. Responsibilities include accurately recording interactions and addressing standard questions related to benefits and services. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or call center environment. It is also essential to hold a valid driver’s license and reside in North Carolina to be eligible for this position.
