Job Summary
This role is essential in executing everyday member transactions, encompassing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while ensuring that the cash drawer is consistently accurate. The position emphasizes the importance of delivering outstanding service to members, fostering awareness of credit union offerings, and adhering to relevant banking regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine member transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
- Process loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a balanced and precise cash drawer at all times.
- Provide exemplary service to members and educate them on available credit union products.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in cash handling is essential.
- Strong communication skills for effective member interaction.
- Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a standard office setting.
