Job description
The Membership Ambassador plays a key role in attracting potential members, overseeing the sales process, and transforming guest experiences into lasting memberships. This individual also mentors operational staff to enhance the uniformity of membership dialogues and bolsters initiatives aimed at local market expansion. Ideal candidates will possess a background in sales, customer service, or hospitality, coupled with excellent communication and organizational abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and experience in consultative sales or lead conversion are highly desirable.
