This individual also mentors operational staff to enhance the uniformity of membership dialogues and bolsters initiatives aimed at local market expansion. Ideal candidates will possess a background in sales, customer service, or hospitality, coupled with excellent communication and organizational abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and experience in consultative sales or lead conversion are highly desirable.
