The Membership Recruiter is responsible for recruiting and renewing girl and adult members within a defined geographic territory to meet council goals. They spend the majority of their time in the field conducting presentations and collaborating with volunteers to ensure recruitment and retention targets are achieved. Candidates should possess strong communication, networking, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and applicants must be proficient in Microsoft software and pass a background check.
