**Sales and Service Specialist**
The Sales and Service Specialist plays a crucial role in boosting membership growth and retention by actively generating leads and conducting sales presentations. This position is dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for members through timely service, facility tours, and continuous interaction with available fitness programs. Ideal candidates should have completed their high school education or obtained a GED, with preference given to those holding a bachelor’s degree. Candidates must also demonstrate 1-2 years of experience in service sales and are required to secure CPR and AED certification within 60 days of starting the position.
