The Membership Specialist is responsible for driving gym growth through strategic lead generation, community outreach, and appointment setting. They also conduct personalized fitness tours and manage the enrollment process to meet sales and revenue targets. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of experience in sales, fitness, or customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends are required.
